At the southern entrance to the city of Ettelbruck, between the railway line and the N7 road, is an area of 2 hectares that belongs to Landimmo Real Estate. Today, it is home to a Gulf petrol station with a shop, a business park, the ‘43 Office Building’ and a residential building.
Until the beginning of 2021, there was also a tobacco factory here. This plant was relocated to the new Fridhaff site in mid-2020. At the beginning of 2021, Landimmo Real Estate started the development of Ettelbruck ONE. Offering 19,000 m2 (GFA), Ettelbruck One will offer a balanced mix of office space, retail, gastronomy and shopping facilities. Its completion is planned for the end of 2023.
