Landimmo Real Estate is starting work on the CENTRE ADMINISTRATIF NORDSTAD, previously known as the Ettelbruck ONE project. The kick-off will be given by the excavation work, which starts this week. The office and retail building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
The Centre Administratif Nordstad will be built at the southern entrance to the town of Ettelbruck, on the one-hectare site of the former Heintz van Landewyck cigarette factory. The building will accommodate, among other things, more than 600 office employees. The majority of the building will be used by the government for various services. In addition, there will be offices for private companies and an attractive range of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and other services.
