The Nordstad Administrative Centre (Ettelbruck ONE) from above: major progress on our construction site

The first paving stones have been laid, and the planters are being installed as part of the outdoor landscaping. On the green roofs, work is also progressing with the placement of the first concrete slabs. The spacious terraces are beginning to reveal their full potential – we’re already catching a glimpse of the final result!

Some elements still need to be installed, such as the privacy screens in front of the heat pumps on the 7th floor of Building A and the 4th floor of Building B, as well as the finishing of the ground floor metal façade. Inside, tiling in the sanitary areas is moving forward steadily, along with the installation of the raised floor and partition walls. Step by step, the open spaces are transforming into modern, functional offices.

But beyond the concrete, metal, and glass, it is the hands and efforts of people that bring this project to life. Every stone laid, every wall built, every detail completed is the result of precise, passionate, collective work. A huge thank-you to all the teams on site for their outstanding efforts over the past few months. We wish them a well-deserved holiday!
