Nei Hollerich from Above: A Project in Motion
We are pleased to share with you some recent aerial shots showcasing the preparatory work currently underway across the entire site that will be developed into the new Nei Hollerich district in the years ahead.
As a reminder, the district is being developed by GIE Nei Hollerich, a structure created by Paul Wurth Real Estate and Landimmo Real Estate.
This new urban district will span 21 hectares and offer approximately 390,000 m² of gross above-ground floor space. Staying true to its rich industrial heritage, Nei Hollerich will preserve and highlight its historical legacy: the new constructions will be harmoniously integrated with the site’s listed and historic buildings.
In the coming years, the site will welcome 2,200 housing units for around 4,500 residents, along with shops, offices, and restaurants.
Ideally located just a stone’s throw from the central train station and served by the new tram line, Nei Hollerich will benefit from excellent connectivity.
A video is currently in production. We look forward to sharing it with you soon — it will offer a comprehensive view of the site through stunning drone footage.
