Landimmo Summer BBQ

Under perfect summer skies, Landimmo welcomed over 120 guests to Parc Landewyck for its second Summer BBQ.

In his brief welcome speech, our CEO Juergen Primm highlighted that despite the global political climate, entrepreneurs should always remain fundamentally optimistic about the future and continue to develop scenarios for future business growth—Landimmo included.

Over the past year, the team has grown significantly, particularly in anticipation of upcoming projects. Like all development partners involved in the Nei Hollerich district, Landimmo is working hard on the implementation of the revised schedule, which foresees the start of the first infrastructure works on the central tram axis as early as September 2026.

In addition, property owners are preparing several construction projects, with planning applications expected to be submitted by next spring at the latest. The total construction volume of this first phase is expected to exceed €200 million – a promising sign for the construction industry.
