Guided tour of Nei Hollerich

On Saturday, representatives of Nei Hollerich Sàrl had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Luxembourg City Municipal Council for a guided tour of the future Nei Hollerich district.

Jürgen Primm, Yves Biwer, Michael Paterok, as well as the President of Nei Hollerich, Charles Krombach, presented at various key points the history of the site, but above all the main outlines of its future urban development and the reorganization of mobility flows, in which Luxtram S.A. and the CFL – Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois will play a strategic role.

Currently, the plans and contractual documents relating to the implementation agreement of the PAP Nei Hollerich are under review by the technical departments of the City of Luxembourg. All participants expressed confidence that the Municipal Council will give final approval to the project in July, making the start of construction at the end of autumn 2026 increasingly likely.
