The OBG Group is launching a multi-phase model for our new Josephine project

The OBG Group has been selected as the general contractor for the implementation of the project, which will follow a multi-phase model. The first stage – the preconstruction phase – is now underway. The total project volume amounts to several tens of millions of euros.

This DGNB-certified project will include residential units, office space, and retail areas for rent, with a gross floor area of 15,600 m². It will mark the beginning of a new urban living space for future generations in the new Parc Landewyck (Nei Hollerich) district.

A prime location with excellent connectivity: The Josephine Building will be constructed in close proximity to the city center, with direct access to all public transport options, including the new tram line that will pass through the Nei Hollerich district. Luxembourg’s central train station is also just a few meters away. The national cycling network also runs through the area. The beautiful Landewyck Park, located right next to the Josephine Building, will offer easy access to a vast green space, perfect for relaxation.
